We finally had a "warm" winter day in January. So I took advantage of that and painted some things I'd been saving. Gives me something to do as I recover from my first knee replacement.
Used acrylic on these items: glass jars, metal cake pans, faux leather tray. Sealed with polycrylic.
Found some Dollar Tree valentine napkins that I thought were cute.
Modpodged the napkin, added some distressing ink, and tried my hand at a "messy bow" that I see on all the craft videos these days.
I usually craft for gifting. But decided to keep this smaller cake pan for myself. I gave the larger ones to Kathey for her sheet music crafts.
And then my final touch was a rub-on "xoxo" from Dollar Tree.
